Place Based Plans

Place based plans, including structure plans, urban design frameworks and masterplans, play an important role in good strategic planning.   We have experience in preparing plans for established urban areas, growth areas and rural townships for government clients.  We use our skills in mapping and spatial analysis to inform these projects.  We also use our understanding of these processes to assist private clients in ensuring that their interests are considered during the preparation of these plans
