Heathcote subdivison

Centrum Town Planning assisted the landowner with major amendments to an existing subdivision permit for a major landholding in Heathcote.  The project demanded careful consideration of wastewater requirements, native vegetation offsets and traffic and civil engineering requirements.  Centrum worked closely with referral authorities to achieve amendments that would represent a highly desirable rural residential development.

Harcourt dwelling

Centrum Town Planning assisted the client with obtaining a planning permit for a major extension to a heritage cottage.  The project involved careful consideration of state and local heritage controls, together with a sensitive and historic landscape setting.  The project was featured on Grand Designs Australia.

Mandurang dwelling

This project involved the construction of a new dwelling in a sensitive bushland setting.  Centrum Town Planning led a team of designers and bushfire consultants in identifying the best location for the dwelling, assessing bushfire risks and managing the native vegetation provisions of the planning scheme.
